These Terms of Service govern your use of Momen Tech Solution's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Momen Tech Solution provides web design, web development, logo design, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual project proposals.
Project Process
- We provide a detailed quote based on your requirements.
- Work begins after acceptance of the quote and receipt of 50% advance payment.
- You will receive regular updates during the development process.
- You may request revisions during the review phase.
- The remaining 50% payment is due before the final website goes live.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
- Remaining 50% is due before the website is deployed/launched.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are as quoted in the proposal.
Revisions
- All packages include unlimited revisions during the development phase.
- Revisions must be within the original project scope.
- Significant scope changes may require a revised quote.
Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided at the start of the project.
- Delays caused by client response time (feedback, content, approvals) are not our responsibility.
- We make every effort to deliver on or before the estimated timeline.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all website design and code created for your project becomes your property.
- We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Support & Maintenance
- Each package includes a free support period as specified in the package details.
- After the free period, maintenance is available at ₹800/month or as agreed.
- Support covers bug fixes, minor content updates, and technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
- Momen Tech Solution is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Cancellation
- If you cancel a project after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the work already completed.
- If we are unable to deliver the project, we will provide a full refund.
